Contest: Pet Craft Projects – suggest one to win!

Craftershock.com has posted instructions to help you make your own "Cheap & Easy Cat Tower Toy" for a feline who appreciates thrift and ingenuity.  Pretty cool, huh???

Learning about the cat tower toy inspired me to finally host a contest to give away two copies of the book "Pads for Pets: Fabulous Projects for Your Furry, Feathered, and 'Phibious Friends" that I've been keeping around since I picked them up at Tuesday Morning a few months ago.  It's a book full of crafty projects to build creative, eco-friendly habitats for all sorts of pets - cats, dogs, birds, mice, frogs, and more.  Originally the book cost $18.95 and its sales raised money for Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS), but I want to send it to you for free because I think it's a cool book that you and your pet will enjoy reading and using.  See?  My cat LOVES the book:

So how do win a copy of Paws for Pets?  Enter the contest by sending me your own idea for a pet-related craft project (homemade pet snacks, houses, toys, etc.). Suggestions don't have to original - you can send me a link to your favorite "borrowed" idea.  I'll select the best two entries and send the 1st and 2nd place winner a copy of the book.  Oh yeah, and I'll make you famous in a special blog post announcing the winners.
