Fears for children after cat shot

Cat lover Anthony Adams is fearing for the safety of children after he found his pet cat Midge with a bullet wound in the leg.

The cat’s right foreleg was shattered by a hollow-tip .22 bullet at Waitara’s East Beach.

“With a trigger happy prat like that around nowhere is safe,” Mr Adams said.
