An electrical fire at a veterinarian clinic just after midnight led to a quick evacuation of the animals after bar patrons raced to help staff at Wright Veterinary Medical Center in Bethlehem Township.
“The people at the Keystone Pub were just unbelievable,” said Candace Keller, business manager at the vet office. “Everyone was risking their life for the animals. The people from Keystone Pub were up here in seconds, and they opened up their facility to all the animals.?.
They had a nice place to stay until we transferred them.”
