State Fair Attraction: Live Neutering

There’s something a bit different at the Miracle of Life Exhibit this year at the Michigan State Fair: Live spaying and neutering.

In an effort to control the pet population and educate the public on the benefits of spaying and neutering, live surgeries will be performed in a mobile surgical unit called the ‘Healthy Pet Surgical Suite.’
