A Calaveras County woman attacked by a buffalo right across the street from her home.
Tracy Whalen is now in a Modesto hospital recovering from lacerations and wounds to her legs. Her mother, Luella Thompson, claims she was attacked by the neighbor's buffalo on Sunday.
"She's doing horrible, it's the most horrible thing you have ever had to see," said Luella. "I want it stopped before a child gets hurt."
