Animals transferred in wake of tiger attack

The founders of an exotic animal facility this morning started loading up about 20 of their big cats for transfer to a facility in Oklahoma, in the wake of criticism after a tiger attacked the friend of a volunteer Aug. 3.

Ken and Sandra Smith, founders of the Wesa-A-Geh-Ya animal facility, tranquilized the lions and tigers for the trip to the G.W. Exotic Animal Park in Wynnewood, Okla. Somes wolves and a bear are also being taken to the Oklahoma facility.

The Smiths still have about 25 big cats and other animals they will be looking to relocate withion a month.
