Opening ceremonies for the Olympics were held last Friday, but a different kind of Olympics has been running in Hong Kong since June.
It’s the first ever “Olympets.”
Hong Kong’s largest pet store is hosing the “Olympets” where about four hundred dogs, rodents and birds are competing.
A few of the events include dog track and field, bird’s climbing and tug-of-war.
The five ring symbol in this Olympics stands for dogs, cats, parrots, small size animals and reptiles.
