Roam the Serengeti in ‘Wild Earth African Safari’

With Majesco's Wild Earth African Safari, families who own a Nintendo Wii can experience what it is like to go on a safari for a mere $30.

While the game isn't the same as riding in a jeep with a guide, marveling at the wonders of the Serengeti, it does create an interactive nature simulation that is very compelling. Instead of watching an elephant charge you and wondering if you will survive, you can experience that adrenaline rush from the safety of your sofa.

In Wild Earth African Safari, you become a photographer on assignment for Wild Earth magazine and work through 11 assignments. In each, your task is to find and take 20 to 40 photos of specific African animals doing specific things. On-screen you will see your primary objective, like finding a baby elephant or a leopard asleep in a tree, but you can also photograph optional secondary objectives. To complete an assignment, you will need to fulfill about 75% of the primary and secondary objectives.
