A number of incidents have taken place recently in neighbourhoods and parks, including this past weekend in Toronto’s High Park, in the city’s west end, when two dogs died and a number were sickened after apparently licking antifreeze that was in buckets of water near a hydrant in the off-leash area of the popular park. Dead raccoons were also found, posed with flowers and dead squirrels, according to reports. Police are not saying if the incidents are linked.
