San Francisco’s Birdmonster has signed to New York’s FADER label, with the follow-up to the self-released and critically acclaimed No Midnight to be released this summer. After spending the last month cooped up in a recording studio with producer Tom Schick (Ryan Adams, M Ward), the rowdy foursome is ready to showcase their new tunes. The band, who chronicled the recording process on their blog, will hit the road next week, starting off with an opening slot at this year’s Noisepop with Stellastarr*.
