Animal control owner says he’s innocent in Puerto Rico pet massacres

I certainly hope whoever was responsible for these ongoing slaughters is appropriately dealt with.

No charges have been filed in a police investigation into dozens of cats and dogs thrown to their deaths from a bridge last month, but investigator Sgt. Wilbert Miranda said the information gathered so far indicates Animal Control Solutions was responsible. He declined to give details.
